For the third consecutive year, Dream Nissan Legends in Kansas City has been awarded Nissan’s prestigious Award of Excellence for exemplary performance. This places us not only among the highest performing dealerships in Kansas, but among the top 15% of all Nissan dealerships nationwide.

To say we are proud of our team is an understatement! Winning this award three years in a row clearly demonstrates the high standards we set for ourselves and the pride we feel in taking top-notch care of our customers. Every single member of our team deserves recognition for this accomplishment – they each share in the credit!

This award isn’t easy to win! It compares a dealership’s performance against all other dealerships in the country on all of three different scales:

• Sales performance – must be among the highest 15% of dealers, in terms of meeting or exceeding regional and national targets in sales and sales objectives, and
• Operational standards – must meet or exceed expected goals in employee training, mastery of business management, and facility standards, and
• Customer satisfaction – meet or exceed high ratings in customer satisfaction in both sales and after-sales experiences.

Achieving all three of the above better than 85% of all other national dealerships is no mean feat. It requires a focused determination at all levels to establish and maintain the highest standards of performance, always keeping the dealership’s customers’ expectations in mind.

As you can probably imagine, this isn’t an easy accomplishment. Doing so for three consecutive years is not only even more difficult – it also demonstrates that exceeding those standards is very much the essence of Dream Nissan Legends’ core philosophy.
